Here is an International Contest for all poets in Nigeria

Here is the opportunity for poets in Nigeria and other parts of the world. The contest is open to both new and established poets.

The oxford Brookes Poetry Centre is delighted to launch its 2016 International Poetry Competition to celebrate the power of poetry across the world!

WORTH
·         The winners of each category will receive £1000 and both runners-up £200.
·         Prize-winners and shortlisted participants will be notified by early October 2016 and invited to an award ceremony on November 25, 2016 in Oxford.

ELIGIBILITY
·         The competition is open to both new and established poets aged 18 and over from across the globe
·         Applicants do not have to be a published poet.
