The violent haven - by Olaniyi Abdulwaheed

The sun stranded in the sky
As the rain roared to cry
The moon could not take a step
Our hope, fractured, just to leap
The pearls of trust enshrine with our priests
Shattered yesterday and glowed in pieces
Though the God spoke with silence
But our belief grows with tense
The faith is frail in the face of ministry
Robust the bigotry in the tributary
Of ignorance to earnest the revenge
When Lord is not ready for any avenge
In the haven the peace ceased to live
But the heaven groaned to retrieve

The lost saint
In paradise of deceit.
