Last man standing (LMS) - By Oladele Taiwo Oluwaseyi

What if love had a nasty fall,
And ends up comatose?
Coma longer than a comma's pause
Will you stand tall and nurse it?
And be the last man loving

What if hope was dashed?
Shattered, almost completely ruined,
Into ‘piece-less’ pieces of nothing
Will you brace up or crash with it
Or be the last man hoping?

What if disaster struck,
Leaving no rock to hide under?
And it rocked even the strongest rock
Will you scamper or crack
Or be the last rock standing?

What if conspiracies arise
And pressures mount up against you?
Ill-Fated against your faith
Will you stand strong in faith?
And be the last man faithful

What if standing was a crime
So heinous its punishable by death
Death by the worst kinda' death?
Will you stand fast and rebel
And be the last man standing
