Customers Relationship

             
      Right from Adam, transaction has been in existence among human beings in the world. Depending on the choice, human beings indulge in businesses by exchanging one object to another. This may involve money or trade by barter. Through the negotiation, an equivalent object replaced the one being sold, meanwhile the transaction may be satisfactory or not. But to avoid grudge, different tactics must be put in place to meet-up with the customers’ attention – both the buyers and sellers.
     In the transaction, the product determines the consumer. Some product are classified for some people in society while some are for the general use, that is , the goods serve the same purpose for both the rich and the poor. For general (products for  both rich and the poor), certain measures must be put in place  in such a way that if the rich orders for the product highly peculiar to the poor, stockiest should be able to change the mind of the upper class, though, plush will end up buying the product relevant to the necessitous’. For instance, there is new product of decoder and it is durable, affordable even classy, this kind of product because of its durability, the classy will go for it as well as the insolvent persons due to its affordable price. It is left for the seller to make balance between the classes.
      Environmental factors play the active roles in selling your products. Apart from the class in the society you find yourself, your goods may not serve certain people in a certain area particularly people in rural areas and those in urban areas. Environment classifies the kind of people living in it, in relation to their needs and means of livelihood. Therefore, it is not all the goods expected to be sold in all ratification of human life. Those in the city may need a product but it is not useful for people in the village. Sometimes both may need the product but the purpose is essential for some while it is indifferent to others. One cannot expect the purpose of a laptop for someone in the city, engaging in different businesses, printing documents, to the farmers, it is not really essential. Therefore, gadget is mostly found in the city. While relating with the customers, especially if the goods is new products, more efforts is highly needed – giving out the preview of the product is necessary. Avoid lies while giving out the orientation about the products and services so that the business will not lose profit afterward.
      Competition in business is always intact when the product is fashionable and many people indulge in the business. For the case of this, there may be different lay-out for customers’ services, but for you not to be left out, make sure your product is encased to attract the customers. No-matter-how people involve in the business and you are so close to each other, your business is alive. This is just what you need; `
1.      Attend to all customers even if they didn't choose you before
2.      Make sure you are trustworthy
3.      Welcome your customers to your office by saying ‘welcome’
4.      Never provoke by customers’ insult
5.      Afford to say sorry for your mistakes
6.      If there any challenge attend to the customer who needs you

7.      Avoid discrimination
8.      Avoid instant huge profit
9.      Work hard for profit maximization
1     Don’t forget ‘thank you’ after the transaction.
     Business requires one to be highly intelligent; working hard, smart and sensitive to everything around you to make the business successful. Relating with different people in the world gives enough experience to know much about life.
