HOPE AND LIFE, TOLARAM GIVE ARTIFICIAL LIMBS AND LEGS FREE, by Olaniyi Abdulwaheed

Hope and Life Foundation in collaboration with Tolaram Foundation distributed artificial limbs and legs to physically challenged persons on Saturday,May 21, 2016.

The event organised by the the chairman of the Hope and Life Foundation, Mr. Niyi Ibikunle, took place at children church at Balogun Agoro in Osogbo, capital of Osun.

Mr. Ibikunle stated  that the programme was meant to distribute the already measured artificial legs and arms to the beneficiaries, saying the there was no political or religious undertone in the programme.

"The aim of this programme is to distribute artificial arms and legs for the beneficiaries and about 134 people have benefitted from the programme for both arms and legs and about 64 beneficiaries for the calibers, "he said.

The chairman of Hope and Life Foundation also said the programme was going on at that time in Osogbo and its environs, adding that such was unprecedented and subsequently another one would be organised later.

Beneficiaries of the programme expressed their gratitude to the organisers of the programme for the good gesture, adding that they felt relieved and pray more of such programme to be organised throughout the country.
