For RAHAMAN Abiola Toheeb (On his Birthday)

The king called for festival
Angels were invited
Sages the guests
To witness the day
The day to start swift-eternal voyage
The day heaven was hatched
To open the gate for Toheeb
Toheeb, the only sparkling star of EBEDI

Abiola Rahaman
The first day you were called to dance
Before the king
You lit the earth and blind the sky
For you not now going to heaven

Here your day
To take the miled step
While others crawl
You walk swiftly beyond the chariot speed
In the jungle of sage

Abiola
You are the jugular vein
That holds mounts of EBEDI
If falls—EBEDI grounds
But EBEDI grounds not
Because the earth that holds
Its mountain
Are the hinges above your femurs
Here you go here it comes

Abiola
Today remember to lift the mountain
To the sky
Because elephant-chameleon
Are coming
Lest you don’t burn the mountain
You only birth the day.
